Our two-hour Wellness Care Immersive is designed to teach a variety of strategies to enhance your capacity to manage stress. This session involves active participation with exercises on meditation cushions and yoga mats, focusing on breath work, progressive muscle relaxation, and personalized guided imagery. You’ll learn how to implement these techniques effectively in daily life, enhancing resilience through a custom mix of mindfulness, yoga postures, and possibly self-hypnosis, tailored specifically to your needs and situation.
