This is a skill that you can benefit from for the rest of your life. Learning to acknowledge and work with the mind-body is a wonderful, life-long practice. Tuning inward, regular self inquiry, written intentions, feeding the body with healthful movement, and limiting negative exposure to the mind are all beginning tools we will learn in our body-mind therapy sessions.
